About the Role:

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the IT function within Sweden. You will manage and support a local IT team, ensuring all employees have the tools and support needed to succeed in their daily work. You'll collaborate closely with our global IT organization and lead local IT initiatives, including integrating IT environments of newly acquired offices into Talenom’s ecosystem.

You’ll also oversee the country's IT budget, manage IT partnerships, and ensure we deliver world-class IT services aligned with business needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support the local IT team as their supervisor — inspire, coach, and develop your team members.
• Manage country-specific IT operations, ensuring employees have functional tools and support.
• Maintain and optimize IT services, from server creation to IT support and issue resolution.
• Attend and lead daily team meetings, 1-to-1 coaching sessions, and collaborate with various departments.
• Work hands-on with technical tasks when needed, maintaining strong operational insight.
• Manage and track IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure successful IT integrations for newly acquired companies in the country.

Monitor and improve service quality — including ticket handling times, customer satisfaction, and roadmap goals.

Skills & Experience:

• Background in IT or technical roles — with strong hands-on knowledge of:
• Windows domain administration
• Microsoft Exchange & Office 365 environments
• Windows workstation & server operating systems
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experience as a supervisor or team lead is valued, but not a must — leadership potential is essential.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills — a true team player.
