Talenom has had its own accounting software unit developing solution for their customers and accountants for better work. During 2025, Talenom separates its software unit as a stand-alone business with its own strategy and ambitions. We are now recruiting a Business Director for this new business unit that will form an independent organization in the country.

We are on a mission to revolutionize the accounting software and platform distribution industry. As the first recruit for our independent team in Sweden, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. You will lead the team as it grows and be an integral part of our global platform distribution and steering groups. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build the organization from the ground up.

As the Business Director, you will be responsible for the platform business in Sweden. Your key responsibilities will include:

• P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss of the platform business.
• Sales and Distribution: Drive sales and distribution efforts to expand our market presence.
• Support Function: Manage customer service, provide support, training and onboarding, and integrations.
• Ecosystem Development: Develop and lead the ecosystem/concept for the platform.
• Team Leadership: As the business expands, and the team grows, you will lead and inspire the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Educational background: bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Finance.
• Experience: Proven success in leading commercial activities in the B2B sector, especially in accounting.

• Technology business understanding

• Languages: Proficiency in English and the local language.

• Skills: Strong commercial mindset, ability to handle the bigger picture while creating practical concepts, and inspirational leadership. Analytical thinking with the ability to make decisions in unclear circumstances. Courageous, boldness to drive change and innovation.
